Funny enough, Neal had my family "fall into his lap". Long story short (sort of), I'd spoken to Neal in passing with questionable intent to call him back when I called to inquire on a house I'd passed by. Neal is the bomb!! We were going to` list our house for the first time with another agent, then came across Neal at an open house. We immediately liked him and changed our mind and listed our house with Neal. We made Neal sell our house 3 times before we actually decided to accept an offer on it. Not once did he complain about this. He also got numerous listing in our neighborhood because of his friendly professional demeanor He was a total professional and I am proud to call Neal my friend.

I am not one with a lot of time to write reviews, but writing one for Neal Weichel is definitely worth the time. Neal helped us in the purchase of our first home in 1995. He spent countless hours helping us find just the right place and we were very happy. In 2001, after having children, we were looking to sell our home and move into something larger. Neal helped us sell our first home in Santa Clarita. At that time we had limited time to sell our home in order to move into the home of our dreams. With several other listings on our street at the time, Neal advised us what we needed to do and assured us we would both sell in time and at the price we needed to have to make it a reality. We chose to work with Neal because our neighbor (at that time) was selling his house through Neal & recommended him. We heard that he was very well known around the community as being efficient, conservative & very knowledgeable of the housing market. The sale of our house went very smoothly & his office helped us buy our next house as well. We enjoyed working with him & to this day, he still drops a Poinsettia off on our doorstep for Christmas!
