I would most definitely recommend Neal Weichel in the purchase or sale of your home. Simply put, if you are going to pay a commission you may as well have the best! You can't go wrong with Neal Weichel and his RE/MAX crew. We were fortunate to have him represent us when we first moved to Stevenson Ranch and our ensuing moves within the 91381. Neal exhibits some great qualities, but the two that really seal the deal for us are HONESTY and that he LISTENS. He's got your best interest in mind and he remembers exactly what you told him (even if I sometimes forgot). Neal continues to get our highest recommendation.

I worked with Neal and Lauren on his team last year to buy a short sale property in Valencia. I waited a while for the bank to approve my offer but once it was approved, the bank required us to close in less than three weeks before they started the foreclosure process. Neal and his family were long time friends with us. When it came time to list our house, Neal was our choice. Listing your home is very stressful and Neal and his staff took care of everything.
