Every home seller wants top dollar for their property. Neal did a great job of setting reasonable expectations from the start and then outperforming on those expectations (instead of over promising and under delivering like some other agents). My Wife and I highly recommend Neal Weichel because he was able to get us through not just selling and buying the past 2 homes we owned but his team got us through a difficult solar sale as well. He had to negotiate with various parties to help the sale of our home and thankfully came through with a great solution. We would use him again but we moved out of town.
We worked with Lauren Kobe to purchase our home in SCV. Lauren was so helpful in our home search. Since we were moving to SCV from out of the area Lauren toured properties for us and would report back to us. Lauren is very trustworthy and reliable.
