Neal and his team moved very quickly to put our house on the market, and we had an open house 2 days after listing, when we received a great offer after negotiating for 3 days. We accepted the offer, only to find out 21 days later that the buyer backed out. Neal and his team really helped us during this stressful time to put the house back on the market quickly and with his expansive team of legal and contract folks, this really helped us to move forward to put the house on the market again. This is my 5th time working with Jenn Wilder. I would not trust anyone else with my real estate needs. I have bought and sold many homes and it is imperative you have a top notch team like this. The real estate industry has changed since I bought my first home many years ago. With so many resources out there for the public including the internet and discount brokers it gets confusing for the buyers and sellers. Neal and his team are nothing but exceptional. They are efficient, professional, and are in constant communication throughout the process. Neil and his team are above a 5 star rating -- they need a few extra. Professional and yet very personal with every step of the way. In the sale of the house we had a few bumps in the road and Neal and his team were incredible. They walk us through each bump/hurdle and it was an incredible service. Neal will be my realtor of choice for every sale/purchase moving forward. If you are looking for a great experience Neal and his team must be your first choice!
