Verified Renter Overall this is a very nice community! It is pretty quiet most of the time. I hardly ever hear my noise from my neighbors. The other residents are friendly. Staff is also friendly.
Verified Renter The office manager is very pleasant and helpful with the information pertaining to the area’s food scene. This is something that we are excited about as we are foodies and love trying new places to eat/visit. This is a very nice place to live so far.

Verified Renter The Apartment Community is very nice very clean. The staff. At the facility? Of ovilla is very professional. And stay up on guideline rules. The only problems, my wife and I have, is that there are no Assign parking especially for. Handicap it's not enough spots. I stay in a handicap apartment. And I think I should have a spot close to my apartment. There are alot of people that have Handicap cap Stickers in they car and On their plates. that or not I repeat that or not handicap.
