things I love most about Park Lane: wheelchair accessible, beauty salon makes it very convenient for my hair washing, love the quiet atmosphere, the kindness, calming of the neighbors. this particular unit with beautiful views of the garden from my living room. I couldn't have made a better choice to move to the Park Lane community! we love the Park Lane community!

my wife and I now have lived at Park Lane for two years and are both very pleased. I am ninety, she's four years younger and we are both pleased to be here and have many new friends as well as those made over previous years. we enjoy the choice of meals and find that not having to shop for and prepare meals provides more time for personal enjoyment that include travel, visits to friends and reaching out to new experiences. I love living at Park Lane because: 1. Wonderful staff. All are very pleasant and helpful. 2. Love my apartment in [unit number removed] 3. Location of Park Lane is great. Convenient to Monterey, PG and Carmel. 4. People who live here all very friendly, intelligent, and helpful.

I have lived here for six years. Next to home, its the best place to be. Nice apartment. Honest good people who take care of you. Line dancing and happy hours are fun. Exercise as you wish. Trips to go shopping, Dr. appts, etc. Lots of card games, bingo, bridge, and very nice neighbors. Good things we have at the P.L. Monterey. Come check it out.

Went to the building to tour for Assisted living for my mother in law, [name removed] was the best, she was the sale director. Great tour. The view of the bay on the 7th floor of the building was my favorite and will be my mother in laws also. Had a lunch with my tour and food was fantastic. Overall, great location, building clean, and staff very friendly. I will be moving her to this building.

Been here 4.5 years. Great mgmt now. Good food, lots of activities, great entertainment. We have struggled with staffing during and since covid but all residents were vaccinated in January. Building is old but beautifully appointed. Beautiful grounds with places to sit outside.
