Peter did a great job selling my home. He assessed the market value in comparison to local homes for sale and provide an honest viewpoint of the value of my listing. He advertised Open House events and publicized the property. Through out the contract process he negotiated terms and even recommended contractors to complete any needed work. On his property tours, Peter provided a lot of helpful insights about what to look for in a place and how to read between the lines when looking at listings, as well as home maintenance tips. He has a breadth of knowledge about property management and local market conditions. He uses that insight to nail down the most suitable choice, realizing that the numbers have to make sense.
