RecommendedSo far, not so good. June 14th I order a retrofit kit for my Subie. Order acknowledgment states a high beam splitter cord is on back order. Fine, thats cool. So I call a couple days later just to check up, also thinking maybe they could just ship the kit without for now, I'll even pay shipping separately, so I can get install rolling, after all, splitter cord should just plug in later anyway. Very shady business practices and delivery of DOA taillights. I purchased A set of taillights for my Silverado back during the holidays 2024. Upon delivery, I immediately installed the tail lights to find that one was DOA. I immediately reached out to the retrofit source requesting for support replacement or refund, whichever one and was completely ignored for weeks until I decided to call the manufacturer.
