!!!WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!!! I bought their SUBARU IMPREZA (2017+) PROFILE PIXEL DRL BOARDS for my car which is a 2018 Impreza. They definitely do not fit. The product description says they are supposed to be made with aluminum pcb’s but instead they are made with cheap kapton tape with only 14 leds on the entire thing. The description also stats they are supposed to fit into original board slots which they do not because they just don’t fit at all. Purchased $150 e-giftcard on 7/27, still has not arrived on 8/14. On 8/4 "Briggs" their AI chat bot claimed the manager was "working on it" on 8/11, "Briggs" claimed the manager "sent it 13 days ago"... The code was never sent. And if it was, why was the answer on 8/4 that the manager was working on it? Worst customer service, the $150 giftcard was going towards the $1K light bar, I can't imagine the BS I'd have to deal with if something went wrong with that purchase. I have the xbs for my ford truck and on the 5th pair. Complete garbage. Bought tail lights back in nov 2022 and they keep getting pushed back. today is 3/2/2023 and I cant get anyone to refund my money, which I was told they were going to do

Order came late with missing parts. Called three times, hung up after being on hold for over 15 minutes. Sent email to initiate a return, got no response. Return process is unnecessarily complicated, customer service non-existent. Do not recommend.

Let me start by saying that I have ordered many, many lighting kits from TRS in the past both for my personal stuff as well as inquiring friends. I hate to speak poorly about any company dealing with post covid business climate but I own a company myself and I have witnessed a very poor shift in quality of service from this company. My order was not labeled back ordered or not in stock. But they took my money and shipped the order partially. Been without headlights for the Jeep for 7 weeks. Started a warranty claim on September 23rd, got a response that following Monday. Ever since then, I have to follow up twice before I get a response. Finally, 9 days ago they ask for a good shipping address to send a replacement kit. Provided no shipping info. Reached out twice since, and then today I get a "Shipped" email to an old address. Days are short and we can't drive the Jeep at night. Terrible experience.

Terrible company with unethical sales tactics. I ordered some ballasts that showed “in stock” then instead of shipping confirmation they informed me that ballast are actually Not is Stock for another 4-6 weeks so i responded with request to cancel the order. Received another email to confirm my request which i responded to confirming that i want them to cancel that order. I thought all was was set and done. My order came with missing pieces. Called customer service was on hold for 3 hours …emailed and didnt get a response. Gonna take a month to get my headlights in. I dont leave reviews but going out of my way to leave this bad one!
