NOT HAPPY with customer service. Contacted on 9-20-22 to consult about my flickering headlite. Was advised that probable cause was defective ballast. Ordered new ballast, when it arrived, I discovered the connectors are not compatible to my existing connectors. Tried to contact again, after being on hold for 2 1/2 hours, call disconnected. Next day, on hold for 1 hour, finally talk to someone and was told to submit pictures. Bought breaklights for a C7 corvette, 4 days after install, drivers side rear started hyper flashing. Throwing left rear break light code on the dash. I have removed and checked all the connections with the same outcome. It's a bad job to install these on a corvette as you have to completely remove the bumper. I have sent two emails with no response and waited on hold for over an hour twice unable to contact anyone !!! Customer service is a complete joke

I have ordered from the RFS before with good results. This time? Awful. I placed my order, online, and was told the 50W ballasts were not available. Fine. I instantly emailed and said to send the 35W. No reply. So, I assumed they would arrive. The package did arrive, but it came with NO ballasts. So, I emailed and no reply - that happened 3-4 times, total. I then placed 4-5 calls over 1 weeks time. Each time, on hold for up to 30min. each time. Never did get connected to a human. Actually reaching out their customers who need help instead of just blowing them off. every positive review they respond to thanking then for it, but if you have the slightest issue, you get nothing from them. quite sad. I, even as a brand Ambassador, get blown off from their customer service dept. sent numerous emails, reviews and everything in between, not a peep.

Your service department stinks so far I’ve spent a total of seven hours on hold!!! Over the past three days can’t get a hold the teck. Dept. Nor sales or the order dept I must be crazy because I wanted to buy fog lamps to go with the Xl led headlights

I have their headlights in my 2011 f350 for a couple years now and the clear lenses have gone yellow. I've tried to get ahold of them numerous times to get replacement lenses weather covered under manufacture warranty or weather I have to pay for them with no response. I've emailed, called numerous times either getting disconnected or sent to voicemail. then I left a voicemail and have still yet to hear back. Horrible communication

The purchase went well and the bulbs were good but they are sending SPAM ever since.

Poor customer service and don’t support people owning their products. Apparently the head of XB Product Support from Morimoto works at TRS but you’ll get better support from Morimoto themselves. They have other sister companies that are horrible as well. Save yourself headache and buy from another manufacturer. Forums also show their products aren’t built for durability.

So i went to make order at website for Morimoto Headlights for S550,well a company that claims worldwide shipping they don't ship to PR, ok so let's email them, i will not say the name started helping out claiming yes we do WW shipping, i was left hanging after some mails and screenshots, ok so let's chat using web site, i was told they don't ship but not before leaving me hanging a couple of times, ok great, let's try some more help, messenger yeap no aswer, for a Company to claim WW shipping at least PR is not included and... read more
