Terrible service when it came to my $600 malfunctioning C7 stingray tail lights. Do not want to provide the 10 year warranty for my product that were purchased Sept. 4th of 2020
Still waiting to hear back about when my missing part from my order is coming after 3 days
Great quality on hid kits but I have a few gripes about how my purchase went. Sent me a bad ballast had to destroy it and send pics back then they ship out usps first class took 5 days to replace...luckly I had old ballast. Cut my finger in the process of destroying the ballast. Also had to order extra part for my install that was slow to arrive.. extra parts like drivers make install clumsy and adds parts under the hood.smh maybe I will go LED next time. Great parts. Arrogant customer service. The guy I spoke with was not helpful.
Well I ordered an HID kit for my truck from here which was $170 dollars well I hooked it up over the weekend and one light was not working and it was the weekend so nobody I could get ahold of for one. Ordered HID kit for 2014 impala. It was awesome the lights were great. After week ballast went out. They exchanged right away now passenger light started to flicker while at stop light. Hope its fluke as I went through 3 sets of LED with old company I use to deal with. Not thrilled and this company came highly recommend through dealer. On flip side my dealer told me that the new equinox went to all HID on all trim levels but base and LED on high end and and next gen Impala should do the same as the 2018 added LED lower light... read more
If you're going to say you're the leaders in the industry then act like it. Take 4 days for an order to go from pending to processing and now says that it's been sent to the warehouse for 2 days now and still no tracking. My second order I placed the day after just arrived today.
I'm just looking for a eta on my order.
Just wanted to give you heads up for those who wants to purchase products from TRS. When you purchase through their website, they don't tell you whether it's out of stock or backorder. You will find out about it after you purchase them. You can call them, email and chat with them. Their first response will be "we are expecting a shipment sometime next week" I waited 2 full weeks but still no firm date on when you will receive your shipment. They told me another week.
