We pride ourselves in our ability to help our patients and clients rather than sell to them. The health and happiness of our little (and big!) patients is paramount. RecommendedI sadly had to euthanize my childhood dog, she was not a client of the clinic yet they happily accepted her. The doctor talked to us and a tech stayed with my dog and loved on her the whole time, my dog was not scared at all she was comfy and excited about the attention she was receiving. They walked us through the entire process and gave us time to spend with her one last time. We got the choice to stay with her or for them to do it. The doctors and staff are very attentive to both of my pets' health needs. ☺️
This is not my regular vet but they accommodated me last minute for a very bloody tiny ear injury- the emergency vet in Lynchburg didn’t open until 6pm and no other vets in the area were going to be open that late. I got there at 5 and we left at 5:47 PM stitched up. The staff were friendly, comforting, and so accommodating to us, my experience during a stressful situation was made so much better because of the wonderful people who work here. I cannot recommend them enough. 💛💛💛

Dr. No and the entire staff are the BEST in the business. They are very attentive and love our Furbabies as well as the parents. They leave no stone unturned. We love The Ridge Animal Hospital.
I called early the day before to see if I could get an appt. for my dog who I suspected had a UTI. They told me to come in at 10 the next morning and they would try to fit me in. We went in at 10 and were with a doctor within 20 minutes. The doctor was great as were her assistants. We had tests and meds and were on the way home just a little over an hour. This place has been good to us and our pets over the years! They are always gentle and caring with our Izzybelle and even have treated our piggy Blake! I recommend them all the time and will continue to do so! Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!
Love the staff and vets. couldn't ask for better care for my fur baby. I would recommend them all day to everyone. My Tab is always so agreeable and relaxed with them no matter what they need to do.
Great staff and the vet is amazing. Our puppy was afraid to go to for the first visit but by the end she was all good. Second visit she was so at ease that she didn't react to her shots. Amazing vet!
