RecommendedTook great care of Oreo when I brought him in for an appointment everytime.
I took my dog to see Dr. Kellem at this vet. She was very thorough, explained everything as she went along and answered all my questions, without running out the door.
Ridge is available in emergencies when other vets are not... My dog was hit by a car and my. "regular" vet wasn't open (Saturday), I called 3 phone #'s I had but noone EVER returned a call (not even the following monday)...if I had a large animal (cow or horse) they would have :( ..I guess my pet wasn't as important.. :(.... I had been to Ridge many years prior for surgery on a pet..so I called them in tears..they said "come right away we will be waiting on you"... Dr. Kellum and the team at Ridge went above and beyond to help my kitten with a life threatening congenital abnormality. They were always patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My kitten would not be alive without their care and expertise.

They do such a great job with animal care as well as care and respect for the owners! I always feel like my animals are in good hands ❤
Our visit was very positive. We had Chelsie Novitski who was so thorough and very knowledgeable. Checked Bear over from head to toe. This was our first visit and will certainly go back.
Ridge and Dr. French are the best!! Everyone truly cares about animals; your pets are treated like their pets.
The staff here are amazing and caring!
