RecommendedDr French was awesome! This was my first visit as a client to this vet clinic as I go to Timberlake normally but they did not offer tail docking. Ridge was my second option and one I had picked for backup for my GSPs birth plan if my vet was unavailable. Will definitely come back to see him if needed in the future. Did a great job with the puppies and when I called with questions after he called me back asap to answer any concerns I had. A+!

RecommendedThe ridge animal hospital I highly recommend With me and my husband having just moved to the area I was worried about us just moving getting him Seen would be an issue. But it wasn’t I called that morning and Oakley was seen later that afternoon. They are very polite and make you feel right at home, and your your pet just like there own.

RecommendedI worried that I wouldn’t find veterinarians that I trusted with my rescue dogs when we retired back to Virginia, but the assistants and doctors at Ridge Animal Hospital are absolutely wonderful! They are friendly, professional, courteous, and they truly care about my dogs. One instance is when my Dachshund got into bird food. He almost didn’t make it, but Dr. Novisky stayed with him all weekend and called us multiple times to give us updates. RecommendedMy dog needed a visit for a gastro (sour belly) issue, they took us right in that morning. Dr Shepard was absolutely pleasant and I have to apologize to her tech for handling the "sample!"🤮 In any case, the visit was very quick and positive, in and out with good news, some meds, and a relief that my girl Sophie was going to be OK. Thank you Ridge for taking us in so promptly!!

RecommendedDr. French and team admitted my sweet pup, Saige, on a Saturday morning, even though they had never met her before. She has congestive heart failure and wouldn’t have made it had we waited until Monday. He and his team monitored her carefully, kept us updated, and invited us to pick her up the next day - a Sunday!
