I cannot recommend this place enough. My cat was hit by a car the night before last and she’s already out of surgery, home, and getting back to her old self. We showed up right when they opened with no notice and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was so relieved at how fair the price was, and how much better she was when I picked her up than when I dropped her off only one day before. By far the best vet I’ve ever been to
I was referred to Dr. French from another excellent veterinarian, however he said it was a little over his head and Dr. French will get to the bottom of the problem. So I roll in Ridge Animal Hospital at 5:45 pm they close at 6:00 pm, Dr. French looked at the X-rays and said he has to do surgery and he was off the next day, however he was going to come in to do the surgery and he did. Ridge Animal Hospital has wonderful, caring and thorough doctors. They are truly concerned with your pets health. They are very easy to talk to and get answers to your questions. The staff is friendly and courteous. I wouldn’t think of taking my family pet anywhere else.
I have been a client of Ridge Animal Hospital for 10 years. While there are less expensive clinics in the area, I find the front office staff to be very pleasant, easy to get an appointment with or refills of prescribed medication and the veterinary care to be of consistently high quality. I especially appreciate Dr. Andrea Kellum. Dr. Kellum is empathetic and has great people skills, sometimes lacking in some veterinarians. We are so fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring team in our community. The staff is helpful, kind, and really takes time to care for your pet. They offer pet parent education that is easy to understand. Outstanding group!
