Service is much better than the previous vendor. Only issue I have is when the dumpster on the front of the truck is full & the trash is transfered to back of the truck, trash litters the area. I understand things happen, but when the driver gets out of the truck, he walks by the litter without picking it up. That's discouraging.

One week they forgot to empty my recycle bin and they both were side by side

Customers do not realize how fortunate they are to have Rumpke. I have a second home in Pennsylvania with a different service. I pay more, get less, and they don’t nearly do as good a job with the recycling. Rumpke is the best.
