I called about a recycling can & was treated so nicely. The woman that helped me explained the extra cost to my bill & let me know when the can would arrive. Always pleased with Rumpke’s services☺️

You pick up as scheduled. You notify in advance of holidays, and other schedule changes very effectively. Overall I am satisfied although I feel you very expensive - this may be due to my ignorance of your business. One area that does aggravate me is the pick up people leave the trash can almost on the road...I live on a 55 MPH country road and between the trucks and auto's that speed by, the wind tends to blow my trash receptacle into the road. Service is great. Communication with regards to service, holidays, etc is also great. Dislike the price increases for the same exact service I’ve had for years.
