Your people always take very good care of me! They work long hard hours and aren't always appreciated as much by the cities residents as they should be! I used to have local waste management, and they were kind of a pain to work with. They would refuse to take certain things. You guys are terrific, I’ve never come to the curb and found refuge left because it didn’t meet some standard like construction material, too much weight or too many bags.

The service people that provide trash removal for me are greatly appreciated. I received a letter months ago stating we would receive new trash cans because they were removing our recycling bins. I have yet to receive my new trash can. Was wondering if there was something I needed to do to facilitate this change?
