Rumpke Recycling is always professional and timely. Best of all, they are terrific at communication. They always give plenty of notice for holiday schedules or other changes. We are so pleased with the service we receive from Rumpke. :)

Pickups are good. And I am always informed through email or text when these pickups are delayed due to holidays. However, since our township selected Rumpke as our provider…there have been 3 price increases. As a senior this impacts me deeply.

Rumpke is worlds above the the previous company. The drivers are efficient and go out of their way when I forget to get my trash out on time. They have happily waited while I rush it out to the curb.

Rumpke always respects our property. In a timely manner picks up all waste right in front off our house.

We had an old couch to get rid of. Wrapped it in plastic, and called Rumpke to advise them something oversized would be out at the curb. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and professional. By the end of trash day, the couch was gone!
