Always say hello if I am out - and one time last year they saw my handicapped neighbor struggling with cans down the driveway - I typically take her trash in and out but was on vacation - the rumpke guy rushed up to help her emptied it and returned the cans to her garage . How kind is that !!!!

They missed my pickup one time and when called sent another truck the next day. Never leave a mess and their trucks are quiet.
