Please close the lids on rainy days
Always say hello if I am out - and one time last year they saw my handicapped neighbor struggling with cans down the driveway - I typically take her trash in and out but was on vacation - the rumpke guy rushed up to help her emptied it and returned the cans to her garage . How kind is that !!!!
Always a great job
Rumpke’s services is thorough and consistent. I especially appreciate that if you request it, they pick up large items quickly and free of charge.
They missed my pickup one time and when called sent another truck the next day. Never leave a mess and their trucks are quiet.
Empties the Rumpke bins throughly, WM left trash in trash cans several times, in the route.
The people on the trucks are wonderful.
