Service continues to be an issue. The lack of knowledge given to employees baffles me. I will completely separate my trash from recycle. I sometimes get bigger boxes that have foam inside and that stuff goes everywhere and some pieces just can’t be broken down easily without making a huge mess. Then it sticks to everything and I’m finding it for months. I recycle the best I can but in the end half this just goes to 665 to the dump and buried. My bill started out around $80, it’s now over $120. I only need pickup about once a month, but weekly pickup is the only option. Recycling pickup is not offered in my area. I will be canceling my pickup soon.

Trash is picked up every scheduled day, All trash is ut into the truck. Empty trash cans ate returned to the yard in such a way that cars cannot hit the cans.

The bins still have trash left in them sometimes, and the trash during dumping on occasion blows out all over the place ....very sloppy work.

I would like for the driver or the person that empties the bins to stop leaving my bins to close to the road. I understand that sometimes there may be one person on the truck and they are in a hurry. But it only takes a second to put it back where it was. I have complained about this many times and still they put it to close to the road where drivers hit the bins.

Many of your drivers dump trash all over the alley when it is collected. I have reported this many times, and it still continues. The alley can be clean, and then looks awful after they come through. Why can't they empty the cans more carefully and/or be required to clean up the mess they make? It is unacceptable.

Rumpke branded recycling truck hit my parked car, driver got out looked at what was over $3,000 of damage to my car, and then hopped in truck and sped away. When called back by police returned in supervisor's pickup not the truck that he did the damage with. Denied he hit anything despite full video and audio recording from doorbell cams of his actions. Rumpke denied responsibility for over a year in court before finally losing the case based on the evidence. Absolute lying scumbags.
