We have been very happy with Rumpke’s service over the last decade!
Great service! You always pickup well. But lately the container is just tossed in the yard if we're lucky. Sometimes it is left in the road. Cars have hit it at least 5 times. The lid is cracked and the lift bar is damaged. I'm not sure what the remedy is, but the container is being damaged.
Service has been great for many years ( 30 total) No complaints at all :)
Rumpke does a great job.
Always dependable and on schedule. The communication to the customer is clear and precise.
