Last year was a nightmare trying to get yard waste picked up. THIS year, ALREADY, pickups have been missed and grass has sat at the curb rotting for two weeks. We called to report the missed pickup, but nothing ever happened about it until the next scheduled pickup. The excuse was road work, however the trash was collected, so I don't find that valid. I don't hold high hopes for this year either, but we'll see. Always willing to give someone a chance to prove themselves.

We always recycled weekly. We started having problems where it wasn't picked up and I often had to call the city. After this happened a lot I contacted Rumpke directly. The following pickup day every container in the alley was emptied except for ours. I haven't recycled since.

Always miss yard waste! It’s not that hard really. Columbus needs to end contract and get someone else.

80% of time 1 or both of my cans are out in street, sometimes not closeto curb...leave them in driveway, where picked up.

I had trouble getting my passwords to work. Yes, I had to change my passwords several times because when I tried to use them they were rejected.

The only thing if possible, could they put the trash cans on the sticks that is out of the ground. We have lost 2 trash cans with the weather, and my husband is disabled and I have to get them. And also we have a old tv that quite working, where can we take it .

Rumpke is the worst fucking company period. Their workers and actual garbage collection is just fine, but their website, security standards, billing processing, collection (and i mean literally just paying these fucking morons) is horrible They're living in 2001. Fuck off.
