Very friendly and helpful.
I like that for an additional fair fee you guys will take big furniture items away, thank you.
Got all my trash and was able to pay the bill online without any issues.
Doing just OK. Could be better. Close lid so trash can doesn't fill up with water or snow.
Communication is great. They let us know when service is delayed for holidays.

Seems to be going well.
Rumpka is (was) good service but there are alternative companies that will do more for less. We recently switched to Alpha Waste. It's less expensive and we don't have to pay extra when we have a bulk item. We are very happy with Alpha Waste.
All is good but I am thinking of changing to a different company due to the price difference they are much cheaper not sure yet I am looking into it
