The apartments don't absorb sounds well The apartments look new and fancy but were cheaply constructed. You can hear residents above you walking around, and if they have young children, you can hear loud bangs and crashes when they run around.

Lack of concern for clients I moved into the apartment which was caked in dirt still and stains on walls. I paid in advance 10 days before move-in and notified Susan in the office that cleaning needed to be done before move-in. They put new carpet in and repaired a vinly floor that was torn up but nothing done about dirt and wall stains. Then 2 months after living here my refrigerator goes out costing over $300 in food cost. Be prepared to be violated!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Unless of course you like your belongings stolen. Security is non-existent. There have been several break-ins in the few months we have lived here (I know of 6 in the last 3 months). My garage has been broken into twice. The office people are not concerned at all and have not increased security. There are no cameras and they did not change the locks from the previous renters.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! Nice floor plans but not worth the headache!! The worst parking situation of an apartment complex I've ever experienced. If I had known that their parking situation was SOOO bad(almost non existent)I would not have moved here. There's like 4 open parking spaces per building (for 12 units...seriously)! The apartment personnel... (Verified Renter) The apartment personnel entered my apartment illegally over the Christmastime package rush even after being told explicitly after my move in that I refused to give permission for people to enter my apartment without me being present. When brought to their attention, they were rude about it and unapologetic.
In the past,... (Verified Renter) In the past, I would have recommended this place to anyone and everyone I know. However, based on the fact that it's really gone down hill the past year and that the rules aren't being enforced, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wish I could again though.
It's a great... (Verified Renter) It's a great community if you have ONE car and never plan on having any guest. There is NEVER any parking...and I do not understand why street parking is STILL not allowed. We have friends who refuse to visit due to having to park a mile away at 6 in the evening.
