(Verified Renter) Has changed over the years, when first moved to complex, loved everything about facility, now in our 2nd year, it has become less attractive due to the continuous noise levels not only from dogs and landscaping crew all the time,but from loud motorcycles and loud race car motors heard throughout apartment and right across in the townhomes. You ripped me... (Verified Renter) You ripped me off on my deposit when we moved out. The carpet in the unit needed to be replaced but I was charged for two bleach stains in front of the washer. Also the amount charged to clean the oven was unexceptional, this even after my wife spend two hours cleaning it before we left. I felt ripped off by your organization.
Rental rates are... (Verified Renter) Rental rates are too high. A couple members of the staff were not helpful nor provide adequate customer service. One in particular messed up my rental rate after going month to month and prevented me from extending a lease in a new unit. After quoting me my monthly rate in email and over the phone. I was notified that they were wrong and increased the rate then another $300 more. Terrible service
your parking is... (Verified Renter) your parking is limited. And when I filed TWO complaints. I heard nothing back from the front office, but when there were complaints about my dogs (2 weeks) after I moved in, I got a email from the front office (twice). They didn't hesitate to contact me. Also,the washer and dryer is too small.
My only negative... (Verified Renter) My only negative experience with the community had to do with the residents, not the staff. Children, wild, rude and often unattended roam the property at all hours of the day and night. They are allowed in the pool without supervision, same with parks. Dog owners show no true apartment-living behavior. They cannot pick up after themselves, and the grounds are littered with dog feces. Our dog contracted a serious worm infestation from all the animal droppings.
I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend only based on the rent prices being too high.
BED BUG INFESTATION Do not move here. Property has been infested with Bed Bugs for 16 months and Management refuses to hire an outside agency to properly alleviate the problem.
