The kitchen floor... (Verified Renter) The kitchen floor and the bathroom in general were not clean. I am not sure if the prior resident "cleaned" it or your cleaning service.
I would like... (Verified Renter) I would like to have been told that the apartment I was renting was right next to a busy road. We are not getting good sleep. I was not able to visit before we moved in because we were coming from out of town.
You have incredibly... (Verified Renter) You have incredibly and communicative office staff. We had an extremely difficult situation and had to evict someone I had co-signed for. I worked with the staff to not pay rent so they could be evicted and then immediately catch up the back rent so it wouldn't harm me in any way. They're fantastic.
If we were... (Verified Renter) If we were unable to pickup our heavy packages (holiday season) the staff offered to deliver heavy packages in our apartments so they were safe. That is amazing!!

The complex is... (Verified Renter) The complex is quiet, has nice people and is well maintained. The front office staff and all the workers you see around during the day are friendly and happy and make living here very nice!
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it due to the Tallyn’s Reach location and the amenities. The complex is nice. The units lack some rennovaions that really should be addressed for the prices charged. The granite is in nice condition and a great feature, but the carpets are worn and the laminate “tile” flooring is outdated. The included garage is another great feature and cuts on storage costs, which is nice.
Parking was horrible.... (Verified Renter) Parking was horrible. Absolutely horrible and was the main reason for leaving. That and the trash service. Most everything else I liked about the Sanctuary and would recommend but would warn of the parking issue.
The community appeared... (Verified Renter) The community appeared clean,quiet and peaceful. Tori, was able to help me with any questions I had and answered that I did not think of.
