Its a bit... (Verified Renter) Its a bit pricey but very nice to live here. Replace the rugs with wood like floors. I think it's old fashion for rugs.
Like mentioned above... (Verified Renter) Like mentioned above a few times it doesnt feel like an apartment complex. It more reminds me of a suburban neighborhood like the homes surrounding it. When i was looking for the complex I really couldn't tell the difference between the homes around it and the complex except for the leasing office.

It's extremely convenient... (Verified Renter) It's extremely convenient that we can rent month to month. We are building a new home in the area and are not certain of our closing date at this time. We also love that our pets we allowed here.
The only problem... (Verified Renter) The only problem is parking for our guest in the evening. It would seem possible to have street parking on at least one side of the main street that loops around the complex and not hinder fire trucks if needed.

I would definitely... (Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend living here. I have had a great experience and nothing has ever gone wrong. I feel totally supported by the staff and safe as I am living on my own!
Overall it was... (Verified Renter) Overall it was a nice community. I think the pricing is MUCH higher than similar properties around (and even newer properties around). The kid play park was not maintained at all and the children of the property are completely disrespectful (I know property management cannot control this, but it is definitely that made me NOT want to come back, as well).
