Price for space... (Verified Renter) Price for space is good. Office staff is friendly. Enjoy the location being on a main thouroughfair but offset just enough to not hear the hustle and bustle. Complex has a pleasent resort like feel, and freedom to customize your space and balcony is a welcomed change. We loved being able to put up a tasteful reed fencing to give our cats a safe outdoor space to roam and lounge. And of course the front office staff is amazing.
Problem has never... (Verified Renter) Problem has never been the maintenance folks, its been getting them out here. Once here, they have always done an excellent job.
