Price for space... (Verified Renter) Price for space is good. Office staff is friendly. Enjoy the location being on a main thouroughfair but offset just enough to not hear the hustle and bustle. Complex has a pleasent resort like feel, and freedom to customize your space and balcony is a welcomed change. We loved being able to put up a tasteful reed fencing to give our cats a safe outdoor space to roam and lounge. And of course the front office staff is amazing.

Quality living n Deer Creek We have now lived in this apartment for 18 months, and we love it here. The pools are amazing, beautiful lake view, fishing, playground, jogging trail, dog parks and so much more. Everything is taken care of. It's perfect for easy living. All you have to do is ENJOY and RELAX ;)

Shores at K-rock Our apartment is mostly nice, a few corners were cut during construction as the property is only 18 months old. An example would be the cabinet handles are crooked and the walls are surprisingly thin for the quality that they are boosting. The built in bookshelves and the built in desk area make up for this as every property will have its pros and cons. If you didn't live there it would appear to be very lush apartment complex.
