:( They add fees that shouldn’t be added then refuse to take them off your bill, many times charging the same fees twice but in different amounts and supposedly for different reasons that are supposed to make it okay. So shady. They have also added property tax before to my monthly bill when I don’t own this apartment, that’s the owner of the property’s tax to pay. Over $300 invalid charges I never leave reviews, but charges for something that’s not valid is ridiculous. Lived there two years and have heard from multiple people that they charge pet owners for new carpet when they move out. My carpet was exactly the way it was when I left as the day I moved in. They claim that there were pee stains which never happened. Rent was becoming... (Verified Renter) Rent was becoming to high. The office personnel could have been a little more friendly and warm.
I am torn... (Verified Renter) I am torn an reserved about this one. I don't want ANY RENTER to have to go what I went through. It was ridiculous and not necessary, esp. after the stress of just selling my home and moving, which should be a totally joyous event of both selling, AND moving to someone new. When I do recommend, I will pay they never have to experience what I did.
The office is... (Verified Renter) The office is always helpful, the maintenance guys are always polite and prompt. The couple of things why I would not recommend living here, the hallways are so dirty from people not using their trash can outside, it's embarrassing when I have company and the dog waste around the walking path is terrible. Other than that I enjoy living here.

The location is... (Verified Renter) The location is great but there are lots of updates my apartment could have used BEFORE I moved in - new carpet, for one. Kitchen floors that stay stuck down and don't slide around.

Lots of fees... (Verified Renter) Lots of fees just to transfer to a new apartment after you have been renting another one for 7 months. Pay pet fee and pet rent but cannot use for any pet damages.
