We loved living... (Verified Renter) We loved living at the shores and would recommend it for the nice apartment condition, pretty grounds, and friendly staff. The rent did increase quite a bit in our 3 years there, and we were disappointed to be charged a $70 cleaning fee we were never told about in the beginning despite leaving the apartment in great condition and spending a lot of time cleaning after we moved out. We also would have enjoyed a working hot tub and gate more of our stay there, as both were frequently broken.... read more

The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason that I did not choose this community is commuting - my work is in downtown and it seemed a little too far.

The leasing agents... (Verified Renter) The leasing agents are highly professional and you can tell they actually care about their jobs and their residents, something that's hard to come by with many other complexes. The apartments are also really nice inside and the grounds are perfectly maintained. All in all it just feels "homey" from the minute you drive through the gates.

The trash fee... (Verified Renter) The trash fee too many rules but they ran when they want to. Dog feces everywhere people never picked up after their dogs.
