The location is... (Verified Renter) The location is great but there are lots of updates my apartment could have used BEFORE I moved in - new carpet, for one. Kitchen floors that stay stuck down and don't slide around.

Lots of fees... (Verified Renter) Lots of fees just to transfer to a new apartment after you have been renting another one for 7 months. Pay pet fee and pet rent but cannot use for any pet damages.
The rental expense... (Verified Renter) The rental expense is higher than what most can afford, so I would be hesitant to recommend any friends who are not well off financially.

Pet owners do... (Verified Renter) Pet owners do not pick up after their pet(s). Pets not always on a lease. Not everyone follows the rules. There are grills on patios. Some people can set out boxes& furniture with there trash & it gets picked up. The basketball hoop is next to the car wash. People park in the car ports for free.
