DON'T BOTHER!!!! Wish I had of read all the BAD REVIEWS prior to going!!!! Take a look at them!!! Extremely poor scheduling and organization. We were referred by local dentist and it was a terrible experience, every visit they were late for appointments. My 5 year daughter did her first side and it went well, although we had to wait to get brought back. RecommendedThe dentists went on a break mid cleaning my two kids teeth. Fully cleaning wasn't done. Multiple people went in at the same time. Bad all around for our first and last time here. I'd rather pay without my insurance then go back here again.
We have an appointment at 9:30 AM on 9/25/21. We arrived in the parking lot at 9:25 AM, I called the phone number to check in from the parking lot and nobody answered. I also tried the door and it was locked we sat here until 9:50 AM with me making multiple calls and leaving messages, and no answer. The last appt text I got was this morning at 7:30 AM saying that the smile spot was looking forward To seeing us at our appointment. Had two children scheduled for cleaning today. Confirmed appointment day in advance via text, which has been scheduled for 6 months. Showed up to the office & doors are locked. No employee anywhere, parking lot empty & no answer to my calls. No signage on the door regarding an emergency closing either. So unusual!

They cannot keep an appointment for anything.. we've been getting rescheduled for 3 months now due to some reason or another. This is after being told my daughter did not need caps, that it was a stain on her tooth. Then 6 months later we go back and are told that tooth is decaying and they never told us that it was a stain... they are great with my kids which is why we've kept going back for 6 years, but the fact that they CANNOT keep a scheduled appointment, which affects our jobs and plans in general, is extremely unprofe... read more

Horrible orthodontist office. Do NOT take your kids here. Read the reviews left on Google. I spent over $3,000 on my daughter's braces here and when I refused to sign a new contract they wouldn't see her. I found a new orthodontist and found out the work they did on my daughter wasn't even done correctly and her teeth were a mess , not to mention they put a bracket on a cavity.
