Lack of ability to conduct business in a manner that is efficient and convenient for customers. I would not recommend this place unless you have time to waste.
Very disorganized and extremely long wait times! Find another orthodontist is possible!!
We have been a few times and both times we had wait over an hour to be seen and then another 30 minutes after being in the back to be rushed through exam and cleaning. Staff is NOT kid friendly. Front desk and check our staff were to occupied gossiping and chatting to help me figure out why we had a scheduled appointment and still hadn’t been seen 45 minutes later. Please don’t waste your time going here. We unfortunately have but will be finding another dentist.
Just a heads up. I work across from here, and i was out smoking the other night, and this facilities cleaning people were pulled up, arguing and fighting in the parking lot, and when the girl yelled for him to clean the finger prints off the door, he SPIT on his towel and wiped the door! There are people going in having dental work done, that have now touched these peoples spit! Hello Brittany. This was disappointing to see but is really not an appropriate use of the recommendations feature. We pay a 3rd party cleaning company to provide a service and if they are engaging in that kind of behavior that is completely unacceptable. However, just calling the next day or letting us know could have easily helped protect our patients as well as employees. They tried telling me my son (5) needed extensive dental work: a root canal and two caps. They said he would have to be sedated and we were looking at a bill of about $4k-$5k. Considering he flosses and brushes his teeth 2x a day, we got a second opinion. After taking x-rays and thoroughly inspecting his teeth, the second dentist saw NOTHING wrong. Nothing that would indicate a root canal and even said his teeth were beautiful. This company is shady and out for money. To think they would put a child through that for nothing!
The wait was not long,daughter was comfortable & she is ready to go back.
I love the dentist it's great with all 3 of my children! The front desk othe other hand is so rude! I calledfour times left voice mail and never a call back when I finally got a hold of them they were so rude! If out don't like your job that's on you. You don't be rude tothe customer!
