we loved the Smile Spot. The kids werent scared and are looking forward to their next visit for once. We had 3 littles go in for check ups and cleanings and it was great, fast and friendly. Thanks everyone for taking such great care of us.

This place has been an utter nightmare for us. Made an appt yesterday for this morning at 830am. No paperwork sent yesterday so had to do upon arrival, but they sent it to my wife at work first then finally me. Parking lot not full but still hadn’t gotten call to come in by 910 so left. Then got call to come in but when I said can’t miss 1 1/2 hr of school for my kindergartener she was like okay. Last visit we had appts for 3pm and by 430pm we were the only ones left in the lobby. my son has been a patient for over a year with the orthodontics side of company and both my kids over 2 with dentist.. and thanks to covid he hasn't had anything done since January. he has 2 brakets broken now and in March he was due for appt but I received a call that It had to be canceled and I would get a call back when they could see him again. never mentioned paying online during the time, my guess is due to not knowing how long we would all be affected by this and it also was not available before all of this starting..... read more
*i guess they deleted my first review!* My son was there for a year. Their communication is horrible. Canceling appointments and not calling to confirm. My son has a WIRE in his cheek 4 weeks after a visit and they said “oh that happens” and then couldn’t get him in for 2 MONTHS. Wait times are horrible and they are so rude. I had one of the staff members say “one of the mean moms is here” because I wanted to know why I wasn’t notified of my sons appointment being cancelled to get his braces off to go to a new orthodontist. ... read more
