Dr. Lane is a fantastic dentist, and Dee at reception is an absolute treat. Dee is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the intricate (and often very confusing) nature of insurance--she always knows exactly how much I'll have to pay out of pocket before I even go to my appointment. Dr. Lane is thorough, kind, super smart, and explains everything--she's truly just epic! Great staff-- very kind and friendly. Also provided not judgement at my recent leniency with dental hygiene. Didn't oversell me on anything and were very easy to work with on scheduling future appointments. Also a very convenient location. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Alina is amazing and her staff is perfect. I've had cleanings before but this one has left me really happy with my teeth afterward. They are honest and open about over the counter products that work well for my purposes and for that I am grateful. I'll definitely be going back and I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental work.
Dr. Alina Lane and her wonderful staff always impress. They are a fun group to visit, starting with Dee at the front desk, through x-rays, cleanings and more. I have now made my third visit and have always received the best service in addition to personal attention that is hard to find in Manhattan.
Dr. Alina Lane performed dental work on my two top front teeth today. She explained everything that was going to happen and there was no pain at all from the drillings! I highly recommend her, she is the best, most communicative dentist I have visited in my life. She also bound composites on my teeth and they look spectacular! Very convenient location near NYU. Pick Dr. Lane as your dentist and you will not regret it!
Everything from how pleasant and accommodating the office manager is, to the amazing music played throughout the office, to (most importantly) the work done by Dr.Lane... you want to make this your dentist office of choice! I am so fearful of going to the dentist but Dr. Lane makes the experience a breeze. My teeth are so sparkly white and clean as ever!
Dr. Lane is a GREAT dentist. She is approachable, skilled and responsive to emails. Since I have been there, they now have a teeth cleaning assistant and she is AMAZING. completely thorough and exceptionally considerate of patient comfort and care. Easy to schedule appointments via email or through their receptionist Dee (always responsive to emails and phone calls). This is a great dental practice and I would recommend it to anyone!
Alina was nice and efficient. My teeth have never felt so clean, and yet she was very gentle in cleaning them. The whole staff was lovely.
It's been a year since my regular checkup and professional cleaning. I started noticing irritation in my gums leading me to find a Dentist that is available and close to where I work. And wow did I find a dentist that is not only very professional but also very personable. Dr. Lane and her staff has done an exceptional job at creating a wonderful, professional and comfortable environment.
