This place has turned into a deceptive practice somehow. I've seen Dr. Lane for many years and it had been a great experience with her and the hygienists. Recent appointment with Dr. Suri went well too, except the exorbitant $1800 bill that's completely avoidable. They do not inform patients when a procedure is out-of-network. According to the staff, their "standard practice" is telling patient to pay the full amount at the visit and you can file a claim with insurance later to get reimbursed. (Huh?) They think people sho... read more
Went in for a simple clean, my second visit and I probably won't be going back. Were all trying to hold on to our money these days and the last thing you need is a dentist office trying to push services on you that you didn't ask for. Twice I was asked if I wanted some sort of fluoride product for my teeth, I thought my "no" was clear the first time. Then both the dentist and hygienist suggested that I remove a wisdom tooth, which I had no complaints about or never had any issues with in my entire life. No other dentist in... read more
My college-aged daughter was very satisfied with her dentist HOWEVER I had an issue with a person who was handling my dental insurance. Here's what I wrote email to her (Alicia): "I am very disappointed at your poor service. On December 14th, I sent you my new insurance card via email (see below), but a couple of weeks ago my daughter received a bill for services with the full cost, with no insurance coverage. I called you and you said that my new insurance was still denied. Puzzled I called my insurance company and spok... read more
Would not recommend. The staff and hygienist were friendly but this dentist had some of the toughest techniques I have ever encountered. Additionally, I felt like I was constantly tried to being unsold on services I did not ask for. When I originally came in, I was told that I had one issue that needed to be taken care of - when I came in for the appointment, it suddenly turned into five!! I had insurance, but then was charged an additional fee at the end - why??? Don't go here, I understand it's Covid and everyone need... read more

Hello Meh M. I am so sorry that you felt this way about your appointment. At All Smiles Dentistry, we do everything we can to present treatment in an honest way, and to NOT oversell unnecessary services. We also inform our patients about their insurance coverage prior to their procedures. You would not have been surprised by any deductibles or copays for the procedure completed. All insurances are different, and there may be copays which we inform our patients of before. Also, I take care to inform our patients of all step... read more
This is a SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! I WOULD NOT GO THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!! Before I made an appointment for check up and teeth cleaning, I asked the person on the phone to make sure my insurance covers everything and it would be no charge. The person said yes so I went to the office. I did not do any service that would cost me extra and the cleaning person told me I was good to go without paying anything. After a while, they told me I had to pay for X ray because my insurance did not cover it. Because they casually said yes t... read more

Hello HK, I am so sorry that you had this experience in our office. Our team would never scam any of our patients. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards when it comes to ethics and patient care. We have a very thorough insurance verification team that spends about 1 hour verifying each patient's eligibility and benefits before each appointment. All of this information is carefully charted prior to your appointment, and we also check your history to make sure you didn't use this benefit at another office. If we told ... read more
The front desk was extremely rude to me. I called Monday morning to cancel my appointment that was Monday evening because I had the flu and they had no empathy and charged me $75 for not giving them enough notice. They said I should have called on Sunday even though they were closed. I thought I was being considerate by not coming in when I had the flu, but apparently they do not care or have a sick policy.
Make sure the tell you the price before! Very unprofessional. I'm extremely disappointed.
I went once and would definitely not come back. The cleaning I had recently was thorough (5 stars, thank you!) but the X rays were done more roughly (uncomfortably) than at any other dentist I've been to. I also had a Zoom whitening procedure done - and while I knew it could be painful and don't blame the office - the tech didn't do much of anything to comfort me other than say it's normal. The appointment also went significantly long due to the staff's seeming unfamiliarity with how to operate their new Zoom machine (NOT re... read more
