RecommendedOnce we physically got to Benning I had no problem with the villages. The first day we got here I called the office and they got us into a home by the afternoon! I love it here and will be sad to leave!
RecommendedNo parks are cover so kids can enjoy them all year around. The houses are pretty nice. Only thing I don't like is the master bed room walking in closet is to small. I could also live with out the lizards but I know it's a Georgia thing.
We live in Mcgraw Village and are very happy with the house, we really appreciate how prompt maintenance has been in filling work orders .. we have a decent sized back yard.. the ladies in the Mcgraw office are super kind and informative to all our questions! We are Happy here
