RecommendedAt the time we came Michelle was super awesome thru our transition from Germany back here. She kept in contact with us and made sure to keep us posted on our potential houses. When we arrived we knew the house we were getting but had to wait until it was cleared. Other than a few issues with maintenance completing projects on the home and our flower bed we are so please to be comfortable in a huge house unlike what we would get off post all inclusive. With drill getting to work is way more convenient being 2miles away
RecommendedWe have been here almost 4 months and really love it. Our house is amazing and any issue we have had with it has gotten fixed in a timely manner. Office staff have been great as well as maintenance. Love that the neighborhood is very quiet. Our family really enjoys the pool as well as the playgrounds. The housing office puts on so many events that our family enjoys!!! #betteratbenning
We live in Patton and love it here. We have had a few issues with the yard but other than that everything has been great. It is our first time living on post. The housing office we had some issues with on them lying to us but like I said we got the issues resolved and we are in a house now. I rate it 4 out of 5 because we are happy with our home and it's very convenient for my husband to travel to work. It lost one star due to all the issues we went through to get the house.

We live in Davis Hill and love our home here. We have 4 bed/2 bath for just my husband and I (and our 2 dogs), but it is way more than we could get living off post. 24 hour maintenance crew and law service has been wonderful to have around. The houses in Davis Hill have been recently renovated and everything was is pretty good condition upon moving in!
We've only lived here a short time, but so far we have been very pleased with how everything has been.
