RecommendedHouses are large and comfortable. The villages always have events for adults, kids and even dogs. They try to make living on base fun for all. Our A.C. broke and maintenance came out at 1am to look at it and give us window units. Would recommend moving on Fort Benning.

RecommendedWe love our house and neighborhood. Maintenance is fairly reliable, but we have had occasional issues of our requests going unanswered. Lawn service is beyond disrespectful and trashed our grill with no answer to the problem. Overall it has been a good experience with minor hiccups.

The housing office is always very helpful and pleasant when we have questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend living on post to anyone considering it.

RecommendedWe've been here for 6 weeks so far. The staff was very nice to work with. We ended up getting a house in Patton. The only thing I was not happy with was how dirty our house was when we moved in. Paint splatter all the over the floors in the kitchen and dining room, cob webs, bathrooms were filthy and new carpet was put in which is great, but nothing was cleaned up after- bits of carpet everywhere a film of dust on our the surfaces upstairs. I spent our 1st week in the house cleaning.
RecommendedGreat experience for on post housing (better than I anticipated). Definitely set a standard for future installations on post housing expectations.
