Management I was very concerned about my light bill because I was charged and I already paid my AEP junior quickly helped me and reached out to them for me and now it’s all fixed I really love everything management do for me they are awesome thank you very much for taking time out to give me help jr Whitney and I think Jessica are the names

Seamless Move In I want to recognize Autumn for making my move in process the most simplest transition. She was quick to respond to anything I asked. When she took me on a tour of the home I’d be moving into I voiced a concern about the front door and before we could get back to the office she had maintenance on it! By the time I went back to the apartment the following day I had a brand new door! If you’re looking for a leasing agent, ask for Autumn!

Great Service and Team Autumn went above and beyond to make sure our experience and move-in flawless. She has been a wonderful communicator! On our move-in date, she was able to get maintenance over to my place (within minutes) for help with a washer and dryer installation. This is one example of her and the awesome team at The Eden of Whitehall! Autumn, the maintenance team, and The Eden of Whitehall have restored my faith in property management after coming from “Flats on Vine”, where all of my requests fell on deaf ears. ... read more
