Seamless Move In I want to recognize Autumn for making my move in process the most simplest transition. She was quick to respond to anything I asked. When she took me on a tour of the home I’d be moving into I voiced a concern about the front door and before we could get back to the office she had maintenance on it! By the time I went back to the apartment the following day I had a brand new door! If you’re looking for a leasing agent, ask for Autumn!

Best service I needed help paying rent and I was able to get help from the manager JR he was very quick was busy but he stopped to help me with everything you are the best

Great Service and Team Autumn went above and beyond to make sure our experience and move-in flawless. She has been a wonderful communicator! On our move-in date, she was able to get maintenance over to my place (within minutes) for help with a washer and dryer installation. This is one example of her and the awesome team at The Eden of Whitehall!
