Wonderful Area And School District This place is amazing and Cynthia is wonderful with helping us move in and also making sure our new home is clean and nice for our kids and the schools are great as well here in Whitehall.

Nice apartment Aline and Drou were amazing! They explained everything in detail before we plan to apply. Their apartment looks very nice inside with black appliances and outside looks clean.

I kinda love it Full transparency, I only lived in one other place in my adult life, so I could be way off base, but I do love it here. Staff is friendly and want you to feel at home. Truthfully, I haven’t had any bad interactions. They are fast and responsive. Location is great, space is great. If I had one MINOR complaint, it’s more of BROAD STREET being horrible than anything else. All in all, I hope to stay here for years to come

My experience Kaitlyn Bland was very helpful & super thorough with explaining the apartment . She stayed on top of everything and stayed in touch! She was very patient and understanding of all situations. She replied in a very appropriate time and always carries a very nice tone.

Moving in and help with rent Had Kaitlyn Bland help me with paying rent and the portal and we shared a love for ghost face on Halloween lol. She was very helpful and I really enjoy the townhome I’m in now.
