roaches and mich will be your roommate Please be very conscious! Before signing your lease. This infested slum will try everything to get your money but; solving the issue. Horrible They are a joke they tell u one thing then do another they enter place without notice they set appointments and don't come. They are horrible and don't care about their residences. I'm going to get lawyer it's so bad. They say we understand but they don't. Sorry and I understand don't work. Grow up workers at the Eden of Whitehall. Take better control to help your residences who pay you good money.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! After my move in date was pushed back several times because of their negligence and being lied too (and catching them in their lies) about the whole situation was ridiculous. Only when I threatened to have them flip the bill for my storage and hotel costs for the next month did they finally stop sitting on their hands and do something productive. Family neighborhood.Staff not so great I moved in before new management took over so my price for rent was cheaper and thus it was an excellent deal for a 3 bedroom and backyard. I like the neighborhood feel you have even though it is an apartment. My major complaint is the new staff that took over were not as friendly as the old staff. It felt like a business not a neighborhood and they implemented new policies that were expensive and not neighborhood centered.
Horrible place!!!!! Do not move here!!! They are horrible. My fiance and I lived there a little less than a year ago. We have nothing but problems. They change managment like every day and they loose things in your file. We have no heat and raccons living in our ceiling and they didnt do anything about it. They acually didnt see the big deal about animals living above us!! These appartments/ town homes might be cheap and affordable BUT trust me find somewhere else to live!!!!
Dissatisfied tenant For the 1st 20 months of me residing here, things were okay. I lived here almost 2 year and that's when my connecting tenants brought roaches with them upon their move-in. I begged the rental office for MONTHS to handle this problem with repeated unsuccessful pest & bug treatments. Was supposed to receive a "clean out" treatment which I've yet to receive. Worst place ever! When we first moved in the place seemed fine. I'm not a picky person. I've never complained about a place I've lived before and have highly recommended them to friends. However, I wouldn't recommend this place on my worst enemy. The staff are horrible. They're rude when you call to ask for help. They lie to you about everything. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have never wrote a review on anything, but this apartment management has drove me crazy I had to warn others. I wish I read the reviews before hand. everything in the reviews you read are true. They are on your neck about everything, but when you ask them to do anything the don't do it, they have attitude, or they do a poor job. they still haven't fixed some of the things we asked them a year ago. there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Don't move here. I have been a resident for several years. I'm stuck and can't afford to move. You are treated as a second class citizen by the staff. They are rude and if you ever have an issue they are unhelpful and refuse to work with you. All they care about is getting that rent check and couldn't care less about you as a person.
