3 years of living I have been here about 3 years and it seems to be a great place as long as they take care of the issues as they are old and are needing some things addressed, but they have been working hard lately replacing things! Me and my family love it here we have essentially a house with a backyard and a front yard! There is nowhere in Columbus. You can go and find somewhere for the price and the space that they give you. Excellent Property I've been with these apartments going on 3 years and I've have the best experience with not only my property Manager, but the maintenance team as well! The property managers are friendly and very knowledgeable! The maintenance staff responds very quickly and repair all of your needs in a timely manner. I
