Dissatisfied tenant For the 1st 20 months of me residing here, things were okay. I lived here almost 2 year and that's when my connecting tenants brought roaches with them upon their move-in. I begged the rental office for MONTHS to handle this problem with repeated unsuccessful pest & bug treatments. Was supposed to receive a "clean out" treatment which I've yet to receive. Worst place ever! When we first moved in the place seemed fine. I'm not a picky person. I've never complained about a place I've lived before and have highly recommended them to friends. However, I wouldn't recommend this place on my worst enemy. The staff are horrible. They're rude when you call to ask for help. They lie to you about everything. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I have never wrote a review on anything, but this apartment management has drove me crazy I had to warn others. I wish I read the reviews before hand. everything in the reviews you read are true. They are on your neck about everything, but when you ask them to do anything the don't do it, they have attitude, or they do a poor job. they still haven't fixed some of the things we asked them a year ago. there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Don't move here. I have been a resident for several years. I'm stuck and can't afford to move. You are treated as a second class citizen by the staff. They are rude and if you ever have an issue they are unhelpful and refuse to work with you. All they care about is getting that rent check and couldn't care less about you as a person.
Service and office staff are terrible I live here and they expect residents to uphold a high standard but if u have any problems with finances or maintenance they don't really care. They make threats to residents for things like torn blinds but yet have units with gutters hanging off the building and if they do fix something it is done poorly
They are horrible This is the most horrible company I have ever rented from. They took over from English Village and they have been going downhill every since.
