Don't care about there renters My mom and my son have asthma and it's 90 degrees out they won't come out and fix our air. Every year it goes out on us. They keep charging us for mowing I mow my own grass. Very rude all the time.

Worst place This is the worst place to live they have all these restrictions and rules and fines and late fees but they don’t fix things in a timely manner but have time to walk around with threatening letters about the grass being to tall or garbage cans not being in the driveway but need to in the backyard. You can’t have pools basketball rims swings sets for your kids you can’t have beware of dog signs you can’t do anything it’s like a concentration camp.. but you have to wait months on months to fix problems actually bee... read more

liveable this complex is literally just liveable. it's outdated, there are several maintenance issues, rodent issues, they left a notice saying the children who live here can't have inflatable pools, trampolines, or small play sets in their back yards. they try to charge for every little thing, they don't work with you even considering the coronavirus. I have racked up so many maintenence calls and have never heard from them, the windows are painted shut, the dish washer has water in it that won't drain. please consider else... read more

You get what you pay for These townhomes are decent in size however they are far from “renovated” we have several area where paint is peeling. Several baseboards are cracked and badly damaged. Tub and sinks drain slowly (even after being looked at) walls are thin so you hear literally everything. Office workers are either useless or rude when you call in to ask a question or report an issue. They even threatened to charge us for having a plant display on the porch as it was not “patio furniture”. Honestly wished we could aff... read more

Eh, not the best place, not the worst These townhomes are very spacious, however maintenance sucks. They never resolve the problem, just give temporary fixes. Some of the staff is rude and never want to do the right thing. The way they handle the water bill sucks. They want to charge you for everything but won’t even make sure that everything in your apartment works. You can literally hear EVERYTHING that’s going on in your neighbors apartment. Poorly insulated. Poorly managed.

Don’t do it! I’ve been living in these apartments 2.5 years. Only one year on a lease and I’ve been month to month since. The neighborhood has skunks, groundhogs, cats, raccoons like CRAZY. Maintenance is slow asf! I try not to deal with the rental office at all because it’s always somebody new. The neighborhood was quite now the police are across from me every other day. I’m giving them my 30 day notice today! Good Luck ?? for the price it’s good but that’s it!

Not Worth The Hassle Of Saving Some Money Coming from a current resident, I can understand the enticing lower rent prices for 2-3 bed rooms might make you not want to second guess but I’m telling you to think twice before you decide to sign an agreement living here. Everything was fine at first new issues. We understood you gotta buy your own trash can, no problem. We get things are a little dated, we don’t intend to stay here forever. Not worth it I’ve been living here for two years and they’re raising my rent. I disagree with this because the house is un-leveled, maintenance doesn’t come when you have an emergency, there’s a raccoon, skunk, and cat problem. Don’t bother trying to pay rent online. Such a hassle. Also, there isn’t a playground anymore.

Worst apartment ever First off I’ll say when i first moved in last year i had no problems everything once great i loved my apartment... like any apartment i had minor problems sink backed up they came right out to fix it! Not until March of 2018 everything start crashing... my heat went out and i had to call emergency maintenance! my sink backed up twice since the first time and i was told that if it happens again I’ll be charged for it even tho it wasn’t my fault since everything is connected to your neighbor... there are s... read more
