Poor Units & Poor Management First off, I wanted to say that I have been living here for almost 7 1/2 years and for all I know these units have their difficulties depending on what each unit is going through. I'm one of those people who encountered various problems including the main reason which I will include in this text. Bed Bugs and Beyond The property has tenants that have had issues with bed bugs. When those tenants move out, all the do is change the carpet. When you move in the bed bugs are still in the apartment and it become your issue. Also, up to 8 units can share a wet wall, and other unit with bugs/roaches will eventually also become your problem.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Poor service on most counts. I've been waiting for 3 years to have my gutters cleaned, but the rental office thinks it's acceptable for rainwater from the entire roof to dump directly onto my front porch and subsequently create a leaking basement. They have increased my rent by $300 in 7 years. And now they have refused to repair ANY air conditioning maintenance request for ANY rental unit under their management for another month. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Great place if you love danger and roaches Pay a lot, get nothing! The heavy restrictions about outdoor kids toys like pools and trampolines make no sense and the maintenance is practically nonexistent. The neighborhood isn’t great for families and the condition of the apartments is terrible for the price.

Terrible!! We have been calling for months to remove raccoons from our walls/ attic and they continue to say they are "working on it and to be patient". We now have flees due to these raccoons. They continue to give use the run around about removing the raccoons. I spoke with the previous tenant when she was picking up mail and she said they complained about the raccoons/ flees while she was there also a year prior! Do yourself a favor and stay away!

No A/C for 3wks Imagine putting in a work order 3wks ago and your complex raising the rent by $100 but refusing to fix your central o with 87-90 degree temperatures. Imagine you & your child not being able to cook, clean or sleep comfortably. That’s my current situation & they don’t care ???????

Don't care about there renters My mom and my son have asthma and it's 90 degrees out they won't come out and fix our air. Every year it goes out on us. They keep charging us for mowing I mow my own grass. Very rude all the time.

Worst place This is the worst place to live they have all these restrictions and rules and fines and late fees but they don’t fix things in a timely manner but have time to walk around with threatening letters about the grass being to tall or garbage cans not being in the driveway but need to in the backyard. liveable this complex is literally just liveable. it's outdated, there are several maintenance issues, rodent issues, they left a notice saying the children who live here can't have inflatable pools, trampolines, or small play sets in their back yards. they try to charge for every little thing, they don't work with you even considering the coronavirus. I have racked up so many maintenence calls and have never heard from them, the windows are painted shut, the dish washer has water in it that won't drain. please consider else... read more
