whack My air has been out for five days, I call the office to see what's the hold up on my air being fixed, I was told people have been waiting 45 to 55 days to get their air fixed, they don't refund if an outside source fix the air unit that they are taking oh so forever to get to, and mind you I pay my rent on time and sometimes early EVVEERYYY MON TH!!!!

Worse maintenance ever! Two weeks ago my a/c went out this Thursday will be three weeks no a,c?Last Tuesday they say they stopped by but wouldn't move a few items that were supposedly in there way?Its now been almost three weeks no a/c and the person I spoke to was supposed to return my call,nothing.All they people in the office do is lie this company is understaffed in maintenance which I was told by maintenance them selves.No money off rent no window a/c nothing but lies.Don't move here!

Horrible Nothing has changed this place is a waste of hard earn money the staff lies and maintenance is horrible they half fix things and that’s after you have called numerous times. The only think they spend time doing is writing notices for stupid things like flower pots sitting empty they seem to have time for that but call and ask for maintenance to fix a clog and it takes three or more days bc according to them the kitchen sink is not a priority. I would never recommend this place

MOLD and illegal activity lives here I work with several people who live here and they have MOLD, BLACK MOLD that this management won't do anything with. They have suffered through the heat of this summer 90 degrees with little working air conditioners to NO working air conditioners. Again, the management DOES NOTHING. Do not move here. It will end up costing you more in the long run. Don't think about it. Just don't! There are shootings throughout this complex.

PLEASE KEEP LOOKING I wasn`t going to write this review but, I have to!! First there are SKUNKS, GROUNDHOGS, and RACCOONS EVERYWHERE!! When I moved in it always sounded like someone was in my home but it was actually my neighbor walking around in their apartment (that`s how thin the walls are). There are NO big public trash dumps, so if you have trash it has to sit in your apartment, or outside until Wednesday comes. There are also ROACHES!!! On a very serious note I would not recommend them !! I was a resident here for 3 years almost 4 and since the very beginning they change staff frequently, higher than others. Except for one woman that remained there through it all and she’s the worst one hate to put a name out there but Donetia ( or however you spell it is)very very rude ! And very disrespectful! I never yelled at this woman never started anything with this woman she was just absolutely rude, and yes I’m a grown woman but I’m not gonna lie she really got to ... read more

Don’t do it. When we first moved in we had no issues. (This is the third property we’ve lived in with this management team). The staff in this leasing office is unbearable. They are beyond rude and talk down to you, every person you talk to will give you a different answer. They are impossible to deal with- when they actually answer their phone that is.

Gift cards for good reviews You are offered a 50.00 gift card to leave a good review. The property manager Dannita is unprofessional and rude. Countless number of apartments have bed bugs and roaches. Drive through the complex on Tuesday evenings the day before trash day and youll notice several mattresses and couches have been thrown out. If you throw the items out prior you will be charged 150.00. My neighbors had roaches the complex for weeks argued and refused to spray their apartment until I got the city involved. Horrible disaster I was suppose to move there aug 17.17. I paid my deposit provided everything on my end. I was call that momday saying unit was ready on the 17th when i went to get my keys in view the unit i was extremely disappointed in what i saw i walk down in the basement with my 3 yr old on my hip to find a family of roach crawling everywhere.
