You get what you pay for These townhomes are decent in size however they are far from “renovated” we have several area where paint is peeling. Several baseboards are cracked and badly damaged. Tub and sinks drain slowly (even after being looked at) walls are thin so you hear literally everything. Office workers are either useless or rude when you call in to ask a question or report an issue. Eh, not the best place, not the worst These townhomes are very spacious, however maintenance sucks. They never resolve the problem, just give temporary fixes. Some of the staff is rude and never want to do the right thing. The way they handle the water bill sucks. They want to charge you for everything but won’t even make sure that everything in your apartment works. You can literally hear EVERYTHING that’s going on in your neighbors apartment. Poorly insulated. Poorly managed.

Don’t do it! I’ve been living in these apartments 2.5 years. Only one year on a lease and I’ve been month to month since. The neighborhood has skunks, groundhogs, cats, raccoons like CRAZY. Maintenance is slow asf! I try not to deal with the rental office at all because it’s always somebody new. The neighborhood was quite now the police are across from me every other day. I’m giving them my 30 day notice today! Good Luck ?? for the price it’s good but that’s it!

Not Worth The Hassle Of Saving Some Money Coming from a current resident, I can understand the enticing lower rent prices for 2-3 bed rooms might make you not want to second guess but I’m telling you to think twice before you decide to sign an agreement living here. Not worth it I’ve been living here for two years and they’re raising my rent. I disagree with this because the house is un-leveled, maintenance doesn’t come when you have an emergency, there’s a raccoon, skunk, and cat problem. Don’t bother trying to pay rent online. Such a hassle. Also, there isn’t a playground anymore.

Worst apartment ever First off I’ll say when i first moved in last year i had no problems everything once great i loved my apartment... like any apartment i had minor problems sink backed up they came right out to fix it! whack My air has been out for five days, I call the office to see what's the hold up on my air being fixed, I was told people have been waiting 45 to 55 days to get their air fixed, they don't refund if an outside source fix the air unit that they are taking oh so forever to get to, and mind you I pay my rent on time and sometimes early EVVEERYYY MON TH!!!!

Worse maintenance ever! Two weeks ago my a/c went out this Thursday will be three weeks no a,c?Last Tuesday they say they stopped by but wouldn't move a few items that were supposedly in there way?Its now been almost three weeks no a/c and the person I spoke to was supposed to return my call,nothing.All they people in the office do is lie this company is understaffed in maintenance which I was told by maintenance them selves.No money off rent no window a/c nothing but lies.Don't move here!

Horrible Nothing has changed this place is a waste of hard earn money the staff lies and maintenance is horrible they half fix things and that’s after you have called numerous times. The only think they spend time doing is writing notices for stupid things like flower pots sitting empty they seem to have time for that but call and ask for maintenance to fix a clog and it takes three or more days bc according to them the kitchen sink is not a priority. I would never recommend this place
