I love it!!! I love my apartment and apartment complex. Everybody says the area I leave in is a bad area but it's hard for me to tell b/c I mostly stay to myself. My landlord is very quick about getting things fixed when mentioned. I got exactly what I wanted, but a little more than i expected. My community have playgrounds and I have small kids. Opinion of Villas at Eden of Whitehall I think they are nice but no big enough for my family.
Nightmare I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anybody. It has been a living nightmare since I moved in the end of September of last year people play music all day or night knocking things off my walls. Fighting every other day. I’ve talk to the office about it at lease once a week & nothing has gotten done. They want us to call the police to make a report we’ve done that still nothing has gotten done. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! We lived there for a year &’ had roaches the WHOLD TIME. They wouldn’t come &’ take care of ANY problems. Just save yourself the trouble. There’s a reason it’s so cheap.

Horrible! Do not move here This place is horrible. It was cheaply put together when I moved in. The siding under the kitchen cabinets fella off. I have carpet ants. My basement flooded. Maintenance told me that it’s normal to have it flooded. I’ve had sewer problems since day one. And the only communication i get from the rental office is then threatening to hit me with a $125 fee for something that they didn’t like.

Poor Units & Poor Management First off, I wanted to say that I have been living here for almost 7 1/2 years and for all I know these units have their difficulties depending on what each unit is going through. I'm one of those people who encountered various problems including the main reason which I will include in this text. Bed Bugs and Beyond The property has tenants that have had issues with bed bugs. When those tenants move out, all the do is change the carpet. When you move in the bed bugs are still in the apartment and it become your issue. Also, up to 8 units can share a wet wall, and other unit with bugs/roaches will eventually also become your problem.

When we are advised of a condition needing to be addressed, we bring in a pest professional and provide instructions for preparing the home for the visit so that treatment can be effective. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Poor service on most counts. I've been waiting for 3 years to have my gutters cleaned, but the rental office thinks it's acceptable for rainwater from the entire roof to dump directly onto my front porch and subsequently create a leaking basement. They have increased my rent by $300 in 7 years. And now they have refused to repair ANY air conditioning maintenance request for ANY rental unit under their management for another month. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
