MOLD and illegal activity lives here I work with several people who live here and they have MOLD, BLACK MOLD that this management won't do anything with. They have suffered through the heat of this summer 90 degrees with little working air conditioners to NO working air conditioners. Again, the management DOES NOTHING. Do not move here. It will end up costing you more in the long run. Don't think about it. Just don't! There are shootings throughout this complex.

PLEASE KEEP LOOKING I wasn`t going to write this review but, I have to!! First there are SKUNKS, GROUNDHOGS, and RACCOONS EVERYWHERE!! When I moved in it always sounded like someone was in my home but it was actually my neighbor walking around in their apartment (that`s how thin the walls are). There are NO big public trash dumps, so if you have trash it has to sit in your apartment, or outside until Wednesday comes. There are also ROACHES!!! On a very serious note I would not recommend them !! I was a resident here for 3 years almost 4 and since the very beginning they change staff frequently, higher than others. Except for one woman that remained there through it all and she’s the worst one hate to put a name out there but Donetia ( or however you spell it is)very very rude ! And very disrespectful! Don’t do it. When we first moved in we had no issues. (This is the third property we’ve lived in with this management team). The staff in this leasing office is unbearable. They are beyond rude and talk down to you, every person you talk to will give you a different answer. They are impossible to deal with- when they actually answer their phone that is.

Gift cards for good reviews You are offered a 50.00 gift card to leave a good review. The property manager Dannita is unprofessional and rude. Countless number of apartments have bed bugs and roaches. Drive through the complex on Tuesday evenings the day before trash day and youll notice several mattresses and couches have been thrown out. If you throw the items out prior you will be charged 150.00. My neighbors had roaches the complex for weeks argued and refused to spray their apartment until I got the city involved. Horrible disaster I was suppose to move there aug 17.17. I paid my deposit provided everything on my end. I was call that momday saying unit was ready on the 17th when i went to get my keys in view the unit i was extremely disappointed in what i saw i walk down in the basement with my 3 yr old on my hip to find a family of roach crawling everywhere. Poor customer service They have the worst customer service. My rent was paid through the drop box, they review the camera and said my car never showed up, The manager there was not helpful at all, basically had her mind made up already, it's what's to be the last month of my least, they try and make it so they keep you deposit, I paid the rent the again canceled the money order and they still sent fees because the money order was short when all they had to do was call me instead of putting another leave notice on door, I'm 8... read more

Find something else This place is cheap but it's not worth the headache move in at your own risk. If I could give zero stars I would.
roaches and mich will be your roommate Please be very conscious! Before signing your lease. This infested slum will try everything to get your money but; solving the issue. I understand the price is cheap for the space; however are you willing to paying to live with mice and roaches plus more creatures that bump in the night?
