Verified Renter I am very disappointed in this apartment complex. I have had issues with maintenance repeating now and parking is the worst.

Office part time... (Verified Renter) Office part time hours understaffed 3 weeks in a row once a week I stop by it's closed , tv His after changing opening time to ten from nine and closed on Sunday

IV been here... (Verified Renter) IV been here a month and have had to call maintenance 5 times to fix multiple things. Also a lot of paint residue on the kitchen cabinets from when they were painting.

The price to high for what you get! It is a old quiet community that have really serious problems with the pest control. All the apartments has cockroaches, little spiders and ants. It doesn't matter if you request a fumigation, in a couple of days you will see them again. Additionally this community has problem with the parking lot, it is really complicated to find a parking space available at night. I wouldn't recommend... (Verified Renter) I wouldn't recommend it simply for the fact a guarantor needs to make 6 times the rent is outrageous! I would have gladly moved in if I could have just a regular cosigner. The apartment I visited didn't really seem worth the rent. The kitchen was small and a fireplace is useless in Florida. The woman at the office was super nice though.
